It has been a long time comming but it has been worth it. I finally got approved to have my band removed and converted to the sleeve. I had my band in 2010 but weight loss has been slow ( about 40 lbs).
After much discussion with my doctor, we decided it was time to try a more restricted procedure. So today I signed my consent forms and am waiting for my conversion date. Nervous as usual but excitingly wating for life on the other side of conversion.
