My name is Candy, I am 49 years old, and about 40ish pounds overweight. I am scheduled for
the gastric balloon next Friday on the 29th. I have been to consultations for lap band, but feel it is too
invasive for me. I just need to learn how, and what to eat. I love forums and appreciate the time and effort
