Hello,
My name is Lisa Horton-Brumfield and I began preparation for weight loss surgery 6 months ago. After completing all the requirements and approval from my insurance company, I can too further my journey towards weight loss surgery.
Like many others, I have struggled with my weight for more than 12 years now therefore I am ready to have my outside match how I feel inside. I don't have any medical problems with my obesity therefore that makes me a strong candidate for weight loss surgery.
My final appointment with the surgeon before surgery will be on August 19, 2014. We will sit down and set a date for surgery. The date I have in mind is October 13, 2014.
