I am a 55 year old happily married woman for over 21 years. Travel frequently, love the outdoors and am an animal advocate.

I work full time at an inner city hospital and love so much about my life except my weight. My weight has been getting in the way of my enjoyment and having effects on my health.

I tire easily and have to take meds to keep my blood pressure and cholesterol in the normal range. I can't walk as far as my knees hurt too much. I love to walk, hike and ride horses I miss it greatly.

I need support and camaraderie to get through this long journey. I am hoping this support group fills the bill!
