My name is Tara and I am only 3 days out of lap band surgery... So far its going well. I had a hernia fixed while she was in there I believe that is the only thing that is kinda painful right now.. Getting comfortable in bed is also a task too... I plan on doing exactly what is asked of me by the dr. I plan on this helping to be a more healthy person. I am real close to being diabetic .. As it runs heavy in my family. I have tried multiple weight loss programs. and pills.. None seemed to work for a long amount of time.
