Do I go back?

So I posted last week that I got filled on Monday and by thurs night i was vomiting non stop. So I went back on Friday, got it unfilled 1cc and now I feel like i don't have any restricitons.

I know this is silly but I am embarrased to go back to the Dr. to get a little more tightened.

Any advise? :thumbup:

Definately go and get adjusted again...don't feel funny about it. That is the nature of the lap-band. It's all part of finding you're sweet spot!

Thank you for your quick response. I will go back. I know I don't know why I feel funny about it... I just don't want to face the needle again! :thumbup:

I will call today. I much rather get it to where it should be... than to gain any weight. Its exciting. I have lost 34 lbs in 10 weeks...

Hi:

Yes, you definitely should go back and get some fill put back in. Our bands are very fickle. You will get the most out of your band if you get it adjusted whenever you're not right - either too tight or too loose. Don't worry about what the doc thinks. Remember, they are on your team and it really does take an entire team to be successful with your band - you, your doctor, a nutritionist, support group, and for some a psychologist. Go TEAM!

JJ, this is a difficult time of year to get an appt so don't be too disappointed if they can't get you in right away. Yet another reason to call first thing for an appt.

Good luck. I got an unfill today and am not able to get back in til Jan 14th, so I am worried about gaining over the holidays. Yet it will be nice to not PB if I over indulge a little!!!! Gotta crank up the exercise!!!!!
