patsal 1 Posted January 27, 2010 Well, I am a bit closer now and things are really seeming to feel real for me. It has been such a long journey to this point and today I had the last of my pre-op testing at the hospital--bloodwork, urinanalysis, EKG and chest X-Ray. Tomorrow to the Dr's for a nutrition and exercise class. Then Friday begins the pre-op diet. The countdown begins!

curlicue22 0 Posted January 28, 2010 Well I just got a call from my surgeon’s office they have to cancel my surgery. I am so crushed. She said she would call me back as soon as she had an idea of when I would be rescheduled. So now was do I stay on my pre-op diet? Man if the surgery was 2 weeks away still I think it would feel different but it was supposed to be Monday morning. I just have to remind myself it’s just a bump it the road.
