CCDC74 2 Posted October 31, 2005 Just remember you are defeating the whole purpose of the band if you drink the soda's. The carbonation in the soda's cause the stomach to expand, even if you do not a band, it will expand your stomach. I turned away from the soda's over two years now...and I's still alive.
