Elizza1976 0 Posted December 9, 2009 Okay I am not sure what I am doing. I do eat less than I did before my surgery and I am losing weight. However the Doctor said I would get a pressure that told me I was full and to quit eating. The problem is if I have Soup and crackers or crackers and cheese I don't seem to get that feeling till I ate 10 crackers. That can't be good for me. Any suggestions on what I could eat to fill me up quickly?

babbs3772 1 Posted December 11, 2009 I agree with Panda, focus on Proteins, talk to your surgeon and see if you need a fill. Soup won't stay in your band very long of course, but I do love it!

Humming Bird 275 Posted December 28, 2009 It really sounds like you need a fill. I know for me, I would get that full feeling way before I had that many crackers with my Soup.< /p>
greytz 4 Posted December 28, 2009 You are never going to get full by eating Soup and crackers. They are what is considered a liquid and slider once you are out of the liquid stage. I can't tell but it looks like you may still be in the liquid stage. If so, just do what the doc says. I can't imagine that you will feel a lot of pressure of any kind if you are still in the liquid stage.
