reneek 1 Posted December 8, 2009 I wondering if anyone has one of these. It goes under you desk at work. I was thinking about buying one they are cheap no more then 40 dollars. I have a desk job and i sit all day long and work on a computer. How many calories do you think you could burn with one of these.
kkarryall 0 Posted December 9, 2009 Intriguing...not sure....definitely has to be better than sitting, burning close to no cals, right?
AprilShowers2010 0 Posted December 15, 2009 That does look interesting. I wonder how much it makes you move in your chair? Will people be walking by wondering why is she so squirmy does she have an itch we should be concerned about? lol.
adjua 0 Posted December 19, 2009 I have one of these, and I guess I'd say it meets my expectations for the price. For me to use it comfortably, I use a low, soft living room chair and (tighten my abs and) lean back like I'm on a recumbent bike. After a while, the grippers start to rotate and it moves. I bought this because I don't yet have the range of motion for a full exercise bike, but needed to start moving my legs. I think you would have to be rather motivated to use this to get a long work-out, but it may be that I'm too short, heavy and/or out of shape.
carbgrl 0 Posted December 29, 2009 I would think you would knock your knees on the desk if you tried to use it under the desk.
