dm5201 1 Posted December 7, 2009 Any one had previous abdominal surgeries and been turned down for Lap-Band? I am mortified that I will be turned down. un4getable2u 0 Posted May 20, 2010 I have had 4 previous abdominal surgeries and on 5/3/10 attempted to have my lap band but I had too much scar tissue. So my surgeon cleaned up the scar tissue and now I have to wait for that to heal and attempt my surgery again on 8/2/10. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
