Sex with the Band *G-rated*

Recommended Posts

What is sex like with the band? With someone on top of you, does it smash into your port? Is there any discomfort?

honest (although slightly embarrassing) question.

Feels fine - at first I was sore (unable to do certain things - he he - like lift my legs up over my head) Did I really say that....Oh my goodness.....

Getting better and better. I sometimes don't even remember the band now. I can hardly believe that. I was feeling it constantly - but it seems to be fading away from my constant thought waves.

Sex is GREAT with the band....My hubby says its the best aphrodisiac because I FEEL so much BETTER about myself. And I have a whole lot more energy....enough said..lol

But I will say that now I have lost a bit of weight I DO sometimes feel if he is against my port so just get him to move over a fraction and he takes his weight off it.

So no complaints about sex and the band from me...or HIM!

I'm 3 weeks out and I can do it any which way just fine! And the DH can't keep his hand off of me due to the 15 pounds I've lost already!

Sex has improved for me since losing a little weight with the band. I usually have my legs up in the air with DH holding them up against his chest or something. A few times he has laid right on top of me and it was uncomfortable where the port is. He has even commented that he doesn't get as tired holding my legs up as he used to.

Nothing but good here! It was touchy until about 6 weeks out, but now, -31#, it's the least of my worries. I am more worried about when, where and how I can get more. LOL! My libido went thru the roof and I can't get enough!!!

The only time I have had any port pain is a direct hit...like when my fat cat decides he wants to sleep on my tummy, and steps on it.

Haha, that's hilarious! Well, I guess you can get sex by going to a bar and going home with the unattractive drunk man who is slobbering on himself --- and I wonder why my DH's single friends complain they can't get a woman when they drink themselved into oblivion and act like total asses! So, I'd stick with the toys! Haha!

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
