ElfiePoo 109 Posted December 4, 2009 Yes it's possible to lose inches and not weight. As of this morning (4-1/2 wks postop), I've only lost 5.5 pounds since surgery but I'm down 2 sizes in tops and 1 in bottoms (I had more belly fat to lose than butt). Even my feet have lost a size. shannybp 0 Posted December 4, 2009 Hi Shay Don't worry it is still early in the game. I didn't lose anything (in fact I gained) until about three to four months in and a lot of playing a round with restriction. I currently exercises and think it is always a good thing. But I have gone through stages where due to weight lifting I will lose inches but not actual pounds. Good luck and be patient.
