:thumbup:HELLO WELL IM 1 DAY POST-OP SO FAR , DOING GREAT ACTUALLY HASNT HURTED MUCH SO FAR (KNOCK ON WOOD) ALL TOGETHER IVE LOST14 POUNDS...THE ONLY PART FOR ME THATS SORE IS THE PORT SIDE BUT TO THE LAPBAND PART CANT EVEN TELL ITS IN ME LOL WELL IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE QUESTION PLZ FEEL FREE TO ASK:thumbup:

NO NOT STARVING LIKE I WAS PRE-OP NOW THAT ITS DONE I GET FULL ALOT FASTER..IM GOING DIRECTY INTO STAGE 3 WHICH IS MY ....

6:30 AM

CREAM OF WHEAT 2 OUNCES

7:00 AM

1 ounce sip of Water or crystal light

8:00 am

preotein shake 4 or 8 onces depends on my tummy

10:30 am

Jello 2 ounces

11:00 am

sip of 1 ounce water

11:30

Protein Shake

1:00 pm

broth or cream of chicken

1:00 pm

*water again*

3:oo pm

shake again

5:00 pm

water again

6:00 pm

shake again

but starting next week im going to start my exercise 2 CURVES LOL

Do u really have to eat all of this? how long u need to follow this diet?

I am glad to hear that everything is well, I am haveing mine done Wednesday morning and I am so nerves. Congrats to u!

      Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
      What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
