i can understand how you feel - how much have you lost if you don't mind me asking? remember your body is still adjusting at this stage - things will align soon enough.

I have lost 32 pounds. I just started a exercise program, so I am hoping that will help. I having the hardest time with seeming like I am still able to eat and feel like I might be eating too much, even though I am not. I have had only one fill of 5cc's in a 14cc Realize Band. I am thinking that as I get more restriction, things will get better. I guess I just expected it to come off a lot quicker.

Hang in there! It sounds like you are still in Bandster Hell a bit. Wait until you get to good restriction and the weight really starts coming off! Also, keep in mind that 1-2 pounds a week is a good rate of loss. You'd be surprised at how quickly it all adds up!

Best wishes,

Catherine
