I am new here. Just got my call today to come for my consultation on 12/8/09. I have done my seminar, 6 mo. dr. diet and now for my consultation. Getting excited now.

2.What is your surgery date? Not scheduled yet.

7.Insurance or self-pay? Insurance

8.What was you "deciding factor" for having this surgery? I now have diabetes type2, high blood pressure, high cholestrol. If I want to be around awhile I have to get this under control.

Congrats on getting a consult date! I'm still waiting for mine -- hoping to be banded in February, though.
