Mimilou2004 13 Posted November 29, 2009 WOW, that much Protein is awesome. I just wish they weren't so heavy on the onions! Wendy's chili is great until I start burping it for hours!!!!! That is why I love to make that other recipe at home, I can skip the onions and enjoy myself. Mimi

I have many times been on the go and going through the drive thru at Wendy's for chili is the easiest thing to do and it's easily eaten while driving. The smell is intoxicating......... LOVE...LOVE... Wendy's Chile...our Weight Watchers has always put it on its required foods list........ me, I loved the founder of Wendys because he tried to get kids out of Foster Care and every Halloween I purchase the little books of shakes and give it to the kids for trick or treat....This year I left a book for myself (for those days)... the small size is toooo much for me... jollygreen1955 0 Posted November 29, 2009 I have a friend got a call from her school principal. Her son goes to a jewish school and the Rabbi called. He asked her what was wrong with her son? Let me tell you, she said nothing wrong, as her heart fell. He called because all the kids chucked down the macaroni and cheese, and her son did not. NOW, who does not love macaroni and cheese and theirs are made fresh. So she RAN repeat RAN to school to check out her son (4 th grade).... It turns out he would not eat it because it tasted funny...did not taste like hers WHY HERS??????????? She adds the yellow can of seafood seasoning with the crab on it to everything for a zing....... and it is Kosher WOULD YOU BELIEVE>... DS my fresh macaroni and cheese (did not tell him... but he said good cheese) and add to fish and I make everything from scratch and it is soooooo good The seasoning is OLD BAY and it comes in a yellow tin with a red/orange top sold in the spice section......states used for seafood and has three pictures of seafood on it:w00t::confused::w00t:

ParrotheadCathy 0 Posted December 1, 2009 Kelloggs Special K Multi-Grain Crackers .... 17 have 90 calories, 2 grams of Protein, 16 net grams of carbs (or one carb exchange if you're still operating on a diabetic exchange mindset). Crunchy. When I want a carb, I can have my whole grain carb, my crunch, and they taste really good. There is another flavor with Tomato and basil -- same stats, but I don't like them as much. These are fairly new on the market.
