I say RUN FORREST RUN!!!

I have a daughter in Central Florida as well and tried to convince her to come out here in Calif or go visit her sister in Nashville, TN till it blows over but she doesn't wanna leave her hubby who works for Florida Power and Water. SIGH!! Stubborn child. Wonder where she gets it from?

I will keep you in my prayers.

Please keep in touch! *sending prayers your way*

I hear it's the monster storm of all time, BUT, is expected to drop to a 1 or 2 before it hits land. Good luck to all of your Floridians, stay safe.

I'm home! Everything went really well. We got out of Cozamel just in time. The seas were rough that night but we were ok.

The trip was wonderful. I did sit and watch everyone else drink. I'm tired of the taste of Water, but I guess thats the way it is. I can't believe how much I want a coke!!!

I must confess I did taste a little of everything at dinner time. Stuck with the shakes for Breakfast and ate a small lunch. I don't think I lost anything, but I'll find out when I go to the Doctor on Thursday.

I do have a really funny story though..The wind was blowing like crazy on Saturday night. I had to hold on to the railing on the deck. I was trying to call someone on my cell phone, and my underpants fell off!!! I was laughing so hard! This guy saw me cracking up and he started laughing. We desided that on the coment card we were going to say the food was so bad that I lost weight and my underwear!!!

That is funny! You must have been wearing a skirt?

I'm glad you made it home safe. I've been thinking of you ever since I saw that you were running from the storm.

I had just changed out of my skirt, thank goodness for pants!!! I laugh everytime I think about it!

Thanks for your thoughts and prayers I really had no problems except for being a little sore some times more than others.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.

Lost my Pup last month and struggled really hard for that first month. Stopped tracking intake and slid into old habits here and there. Also quit working out. Can't walk in the neighborhood because of all of the memories we shared. Losing my Pup is the most heartbreaking thing I've ever been through. My Pup was my world 💔
Talked to my doc during my one year followup and they were not worried about my current status. They know, and I know, that I will get back on track.

I'm so sorry. I lost my pup (Mr. Bitters - a chocolate Pomeranian) 2 years ago and it still makes me tear up. He was my everything - my constant companion. I understand. Do the best you can to get back on track.
