Hello all,

I finished my 6 months of doctors visits and just submitted for insurance approval. I have one more test to go, Veinous Duplex and hopefullywill have a surgery date soon. I live in NYC and my doctor is Heather McMullen in Staten Island. Has anyone else used her or her associates?
