I am looking to start or find a support group in the Woodbridge NJ area... I am thinking that we can meet first or last monday of the month.. SO are there any takers?:thumbup:

There is a group of us that get together every Monday except the first one of the month. We meet at Wegman's upstair about 7:15 pm. We are more of a peer to peer group. We talk about are problem and how to change them. Some come every week, some only come once a month. If you not busy come and join us next Monday night.

I'm VERY interested. Please keep me posted if this is still going on! I need help. I droped 50 lbs the first year and want to loose 65 more. I'm yo-yo-ing and I hate it and I'm scared.
