adagray 1 Posted November 28, 2009 Erin, there is a wonderful series of DVD's by a woman named Leslie Sansone. They are called "Walk Away The Pounds" and she often has weights and bands that work with her workouts, thus being able to get some strength training while you are doing your cardio at the same time. I know I lost tonages of weight when I was using those and doing Nutra Systems years ago. Check them out: Walk at Home You can also find these on Ebay at real nice prices. Good Luck I'm so glad I read this. I forgot I had these and they are great for exercising at home. I love doing Jazzercise. I know that's in public, but its fun and all women, non-competitive, and all moves can be modified to low impact. Eventually if you get bored exercising alone, I recommend trying a jazzercise class. allielee 263 Posted November 29, 2009 I use a straw on occasion. I didnt the first 6 months but now I do. I would say maybe once a month I use a straw.
