Vitamins?

What kind of daily Vitamins do you take? I was taking GNC megavitains but I found them difficult to swallow then I tried a liquid Vitamin that was better but I was ordering them online and they were pretty pricey with the shipping and handling for a one month supply now I'm trying a Gummy chewable but I don't think they have enough vitamins in them. I was wondering what you were taking.

I take adult Centrum chewables (usually the drug store equivalent), chewable Calcium and liquid B12. After a year, all my blood work came back within the normal ranges.

I am taking Bariatric Advantage per doctor's recommendation. It a complete multi formula with 1000 IU Vit D3, Complete B complex and essential trace minerals. They are a berry flavored chewable. They taste so good I could eat several a day! I would think that if you ask a pharmacist, they will be able to recommend a good chewable for you. My doctor advised me to take Flintstones Complete chewables. Chew one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
