Needing Breakfast ideas

Here is what i do because i have two little ones i have to get ready before i go to work so it has to be quick and i usually eat it at work

1. blue dimond cinnamon brown sugar Almonds i count out 24 almonds for Breakfast (160 calories)

2. South beach high Protein ceral bar (140 calories 10g of protein) these are in with the ceral bars in the ceral isle.

3. Quaker instant oatmeal weight control i use the hot Water out of the work water cooler (160 calories 7g of protein)

4. a slice of cheese and a few slices of turkey (calories depends on the brand of cheese and turkey)

5. egg beaters with some cheese if i am hungry for this i cook them up before i go to bed and just reheat in the morning ( around 140 calories depending on how much cheese you use i get those egg beaters in the single serve cups and they are 60 calories plus the cheese)

6. a cup of tea when i am really tight in the morning or glass of skim milk or a Protein Shake. I try and stay away from a liquid breakfast i only do this if i am really tight. If i eat a liquid breakfast i am always looking for something to eat before lunch which isn't good.

7. A Big cholate chip cookie JUST KIDDING

8. yogurt (around 100 calories)

9. Cottage cheese and fruit they already come prepacked they are in by the regular cottage cheese (130 calories) I love the strawberry

      Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
      What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
