Carrie, you'll do just fine Friday.

I have weigh-in tonight at TOPS, I've done well (excluding that darn bday cake and chocolate ice cream Sun.) if I say so myself. lol I just need to get back to basics and start my daily walks again.

www.tops.org I went for the first time last Tues. Although we only weighed in, the people are geniunely pleasant, therefore I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it.

OK I weighed in and it was not good. At least I think most of the donuts did not show on the scale. I gained 3 pounds but I gaurantee that they will be gone by next Tuesday. I go for a fill tomorrow. LOL I know it feels like cheating but I don't care. Therefore, I hereby declare I will not change my ticker because it will be gone. tick tick tick the other way

Alright, girls...my weight is exactly the same! 225. Stupid scale. As for an NSV, I am wearing a size 18 jeans as we speak!!! Yay!!! So there, scale :D ! Hope you guys had a good week as well!

Remember when I said I was going to exercise everyday....what I meant to say was that I am going to think about exercising everyday. I wanna but I just won't. I gotta but I just won't. HELPPPPP I weigh in tonight, the scale will tell.

I've been so bad since last weigh-in that I might not show up 2night....or maybe I'll do two miles on the track to offset that darn quiche I had for dinner last night and Breakfast this morning.:laugh :speechles

Oh no don't do that, for me that is that time I need to go weigh in. I need to see the damage I've done to get my head on the right track and then sometimes I get surprised and have actually lost. Sometimes our bodies like to have fun with us and holds on to stuff and lets it go unsuspectedly. LSasah at least weigh in even if you don't stay. PLEASE

There is not point of beating yourself up, walk -yest but abuse -no.

You have to come tonight so I can tell you about the banquet and the awards we received.

Good, what time do you get home? Call me when you get home so we can hold each other accountable. Yeah I can't wait to see you and the seafood. LOL

I participated but my person did not give any suggestions. I'm not sure what to get her.

Finally internet access.

b: slim fast optima (Cappuccino delight)

s: 1/2 cup mixed fruit

l: lean cuisine meal (baked lemon pepper fish w/broccoli in cheese sauce)

s: 1/2 c mixed fruit

d: salmon ( of course), cauliflower

Water, Water, crystal light, water, apple cider & water all day long.

**sigh** ...off to go change my tickler again**

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!

      Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

        Am feeling this right now. My surgery date is 4/1. Sign the consent tomorrow. I feel like I overloaded myself with too much info, too many opinions. Got to the point where I was wondering if I should do this. Then I thought of my reasons for taking this step and that settled my nerves. Still get moments of doubt but am striving forward. Am just going to follow my book from the surgeon. Joined this because I was told by my dietician that I should do this for support
