Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor New from RI on the ct line

I just got my band a few days ago and could use the help. I dieted before and had luck with having friends who are in the same boat as me. I am willing to work out, talk via phone, text, computer, etc

I am 340lbs and am strictly on my Clear Liquids stage. I am also 28 years old. I am also a great motivator, and have several lap band books that I started to read.

My journey has many obstacles that I am allready bracing for. I hope to make a friend along the way!
