I am waiting on my approval from my insurance so I dont know how long it takes or what I should expect. Im so nrevous and anxious at the same time because Im ready to start a new life and I have a lot of questions. Please feel free to share your journey, or any advice with me to help me. There are many experienced banders willing to share their experiences. I remember the waiting for insurance approval. Was my most worrisome time throughout this entire process. The lap band is the best thing I have ever done for myself. You do have to work right along with the band in making healthy food choices and following your doc's rules.
