It's been a hectic and stressful period of time and now it's time to get back on track with the exercise. Well, I lost 4.2 lbs this week. I have had 2 really BAD weeks. I have that 10 lbs. Thinking of getting a fill - I am going to try to get in on Mon or Tues. Until then.....NO CARBS....exercise...goal here we come! Band_Groupie..good job on your weight loss and congrats on being NORMAL :-) I have 2 lbs to go; however, I have to fight my head hunger first. Before band, I normally don't like sweets or chips; however, after band that is all I want. It does not help when you not at your sweet spot yet too. I know its my own fault Ive been under a good bit of stress--I have a VERY important test coming up that I have put all my time into that! But anyhow I dont need a fill cuz I just had an unfill and Im still having some probs eating....SO to get myself back on track I started P90 on monday--had to skip tues because I was so sore but did it yesterday...I already feel better!! soon2bhotmomma 4 Posted January 29, 2010 Sorry I have not been posting but life has been crazy we have decided to move to NC, in 9 weeks so I am running around trying to find people to move our stuff and tell everyone we are moving. I got my first fill this week and I am so glad, I really needed it. I have about 12 more pnds to loose to reach my V-day goal. I am hoping I make it but if I don't then I don't. Thx for starting it! 5'4" 32 yr old 1st band Apr 03 : 247/153/160 tubing repair Jan 06 band slip fill removal Jun 08 new doc 2nd band mar 09: 224/210/160 thyroid surgery apr 09 plateau and major stress gained back to 224 fill sweet spot hit dec 09.
