christykennison 0 Posted December 5, 2009 This is AWESOME!!! I'm in. This is exactly what I need to keep me motivated and hopefully get me off this plateau I have been on for a little over 2 months. I was down to 188 and this morning I was 190. I dont understand but I guess I need to work harder or change something.:wink2: I have changed a bunch, and I have ran out of ideas for things to do differently.If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, or this same thing has happened to you let me know.
