Honestly I can't help you out because we don't have Isopure here in aus and the Vitamin Water is a waste but I will tell you this - The vitamin water is basically a waste of money, they say you gett Vitamins and what not in the water when you can easily drink free water out of a tap, the nutrients/vitamins are just going to be expelled when you urinate anyway so why waste the money?

I tried several Vitamin waters, and didn't like the taste. I found them either too sweet or too fruity. I'd rather just take a chewable pill to get the necessary vit/minerals.

I always have several bottles of the Isopure Lemon Green Tea on hand. I usually mix it with some regular brewed green tea & drink about half bottle most days.

Vit. Water doesn't have any Protein does it? From what I hear, Vit. water is a waste of money and sometimes has way too many carbs in some brands.

The Isopure that I have seen/tried is a Protein Drink.< /p>

I tried the clear/red isopure and it did not taste good to me. It had a very strange aftertaste, like hairspray. I have not tried the shake type isopure.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
