Hi Everyone

I am new to lapbandtalk.com. I use to be on Obesityhelp.com but my friend Sistergrl25 told me about this site and decided to join. I had surgery last April and since then have lost a total of 49pds. Some how I lost my way and slack off. I want to reconnect with my journey to losing weight and hope that this site will help me. I want to go back to being focus and motivated again.

Welcome. I was also banded in April of this year. Are you still getting your fills? I had my 3rd fill on Oct 26. I think you're doing great with your weight loss.. I'm struggling a little myself I've only lost about 38lbs, couldn't do much exercise the last 6 weeks due to having gallbladder removed, but I'm back at it now and look forward to loosing more weight... Stay focused and read the messages on here it really helps.. Be encouraged.
