2911plans 16 Posted November 1, 2009 We are getting closer to the Holidays and I do not want to gain weight during this time. I have finally started to lose weight. I came up short last month because I tried to do both. Sue we track any day that we exercise. Willowcat, I need your help. I made a ticker for my weight loss, but I can not access it. I click on the exercise ticker and it takes me to the site to update it, but when I click on the weight loss ticker it does nothing. Any suggestions? I've made several and have had the same problem. I've made several and have had the same problem. 2911, I don't know if I can help you or not, but I'm willing to try. One thought I had is that you may have had the same problem that I originally had with the PINs. So here are the steps: When you get to your weight loss ticker page, enter your PIN, click Edit/Update Data. That opens a new screen that is labeled "Setup". You have to enter your PIN again (I didn't figure that out at first). Make sure you've chosen "Public Data" (if you want it to show up at LapBandTalk). Put in your weight and choose today's date. Click on "Next" to see your updated ticker. Hope that helps--it's so exciting to be able to update the ticker because you've lost weight! Congrats! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
