I was told by my dr. while waiting for the insurence, to follow the adtkins diet... that it would shrink my liver making it easier to get to my stomach..so I am doing my best sticking to it ..has anyone out there been told the same thing..and how much difference does a liquid diet compare to the adtkins..i am finding ways to get yummy treats I want to share with any other adtkin dieters. Take a spoonfull of Peanut Butter and 2 spoonfulls of coolwhip( in a tub)and mix together with a hand mixer on high for a minute or two and the result is a party in your mouth!!! its comes out like a mouse it is awesome and this may work for any still on the creamy stage of after surgery? Well i would love any replies..Thanks All..
