Bec 0 Posted October 30, 2009 Hi I am looking for some clothes to exercise in - mainly sports tops to hold my boobs in a bit when I am running. I have looked everywhere, it is very frustrating as I am sure lots of you would agree. So if anyone has any suggestions I will be very grateful!!

Enell makes great sports bras theyre a little pricey but oh soo worth it. For bottoms I love Nikes modern fit yoga pants they run about 60 bucks a pair and are definetly woth it. They are made out of drifit fabric which wicks away sweat.
willowcat 93 Posted October 31, 2009 Bec, I don't what size you wear right now, but if you're still plus-size, Junonia.com sells exercise/workout clothes for plus-sized women. I don't have large breasts so I'm not familiar with their exercise bras, but I have seen exercise bras in the catalogue and online at their website. Good luck. sandiegokate 0 Posted October 31, 2009 I have been very happy with danskin.com They have a plus size section. I've also found some nice things at Marshall's, TJ Maxx, and Ross, but it is hit or miss.... like they are.
Jachut 487 Posted October 31, 2009 It depends what you're doing, but I found for running, the minute I could stretch brand name stuff like Adidas, Nike and New Balance on me, I found it much much more comfortable. Old tshirts and sweat pants just dont cut it when you're doing things like running or really working in the gym. Even the difference between the support a proper running tight gives you v lycra bike shorts from Target is very noticeable. But I had to swallow my embarrassment, I felt I looked hideous in tight running pants! But you get over it very quickly. I always always always buy tops with a shelf bra in them and get them to fit quite close. That PLUS a really good sports bra held my then DD cup breasts quite comfortably and now even at a C I need that support to feel comfortable.
