I have just started my lap band journey in the past 2 weeks. I have been on the pre-surgery diet for 1.5 weeks and have lost 15.5 lbs already. My surgery is scheduled for 11/6 and I am so very excited. I know that there will be challenges, but I am very committed. I look forward to updating my profile and post my journey. Welcome any advice.:thumbup:

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
