OMG:thumbup: I didn't think I would ever get my approval but I did!!!!! I almost peed my pants when I got the call. They asked me if I started my Protein diet I told them that I haven't been told wht to do yet but I have been on here and every on here has helped me. Thank you every one that is on here . Now I meet with the surgeon Nov. 3rd and then after that I should get my date I hope. I will start my liquid diet tomorrow. From what i have read I need to have 40g Protein Shakes and a lean meal at night. I hope if I start this now by the time I meet with the surgeon he will beable to get me in sooner. If any one knows anything else I need to be doing please let me know.......THANKS TO ALL OF YOU:thumbup:

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
