melmarlem 0 Posted October 23, 2009 Okay, I have a confession to make! I have a huge crush on my surgeon's physician assistant. :seeya: I went in earlier this week for my second fill, and low and behold, the PA was the only one there. Lucky me!! I got goose bumps just from him putting his hands on my belly. I tried not to blush, but it was obvious. I'm almost 23 and I'm guessing he is at least 35. During my fill he was making comments that I took as sexual, but maybe I just have a perverted mind!? Of course I just giggled about it. But before I left he smiled and winked at me. Now what does that mean? Maybe I'm just putting too much thought into it and he really is innocent. Anyone else have a really good looking surgeon or someone that works for your surgeon?? Of course I can't wait to see him again!
Melinco 1 Posted October 23, 2009 I think I'd feel uncomfortable if my doctor (MD or PA) did that, but then again, I am married and also 16 years older than you. While I can appreciate the good looks of a man, I think it would be inappropriate for the PA to hit on you while you are his patient. Just my two cents. Libbyjane1976 1 Posted October 24, 2009 lol Wow your PA huh? you go girl! Sounds like he's a flirt. Nothing wrong with harmless flirting.
melmarlem 0 Posted October 24, 2009 Believe me, I know it's not professional behavior to flirt with patients. I'm in my senior year of nursing school and I've already been warned by my nursing instructors, "I better not catch you batting your eyelashes at those physicians!!" He's drop dead gorgeous...I can't help it! He makes me week in the knees!...AND he's not MY patient!! hehe
canoie 0 Posted December 20, 2009 ..AND he's not MY patient!! hehe Unfortunately you are HIS patient. And that makes it ethically (and legally) wrong. No matter what. As your medical care provider, he is in a position of power and he is in a position to know things about you that you would never tell anyone else. There is a serious power differential and that makes the doctor/patient to doctor/girlfriend transition taboo. But harmless flirting sounds like fun . . . . . . as long as it stays that way. susan0978 0 Posted December 20, 2009 My doctor is a hottie...but I could be his...mmmm...older sister! He is fun to look at though and he has a great sense of humor, so that makes him even cuter!!
