AngieW_RN 0 Posted October 22, 2009 How soon after surgery can you start to do ab workouts? I did some circuit training today and it felt great, but I skipped on the abs b/c I wasn't sure when I could start that.

JacobR 0 Posted October 30, 2009 I work out 5 days a week and work out my abs in one way or another each time, including crunches, lifts TONS of core stuff etc. Never had an issue other then some soreness on the port sight from time to time when I over exert. I would still double check with your doctor though.
