Muscle milk

Hi,

I wanted to share this with all of you.

I was looking into shakes for my pre-surgery diet (Dec. 3rd!!!) and if you use Muscle milk it has the same calories as the Atkins shake, but it has half the fat and about 5-6 grams more of Protein. They better tasting and you can buy them at Wallmart.

I agree! I used Muscle Milk on my pre-op diet also and it worked out great. It also tastes good.

This is good to hear. I just learned about the MM Lite shakes a week or so ago. I have some in the fridge for this week.

Thanks! That saves me having to compare the two! I JUST bought some of the MM light in Strawberries and Creme and it's REALLY good, so long as it stays COLD!

P.S. Another good one is WonderSlim. It's 100 calories, 7 carbs and 1.5 grams of fat with 15 grams of Protein.
