crzytchr 3 Posted January 9, 2010 mmmmmmmmmmmm, sounds so yummy...I want one in the AM! so, caffinated coffee is ok to have? I gave it up prior to my band on the advice of my dietician...she scared me into thinking that coffee would cause my band to erode My doc said no caffeine, so I asked why, since I have been drinking it since I was 2!!! He said it causes insulin spikes which causes hunger. Well, coffee doesn't make me hungry, it actually satisfies me and helps my ADHD, so I drink it. BUT...if you are no longer drinking caffeinated drinks I would DEFINITELY NOT start back. Just make the above mentioned drink with your Decaf coffee and enjoy it.:tt1:
ididit35 0 Posted January 9, 2010 I'm so going to try this. I have Starbucks sugar-free vanilla and hazelnut syrups. I'll use Decaf because I haven't had any caffeinated beverages since before pre-op diet.:tt1:
