250ml same as 1 cup?

Hope its okay to post here

wondering if 1 cup is the same as a 250ml tuppaware? I have been using this to measure out my Soup ..and in a week or so will try some blended foods. Just want to make sure I have measurement right as I am doing this on my own so to speak

My gp is supervising but a little clueless

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
