I haven't received my band yet but I plan on recording my journey through scrapbooking. I don't have a web cam so youtube is out of the question for me. I like to scrapbook anyway so I figure it's a good way to show what I've been through in the future!

I am keeping a picture journal on my computer, but I don't upload pictures because I work for children's services and DO NOT want a client to run across information like that online. I do enjoy watching other people's progress online though, it is wonderfully motivating.

I did not take any before pics. I hate seeing myself in that condition and don't want anyone else to see it either. Silly, I know, then I can't see how different I look at goal. I just want it to stay in my past and leave it there. I may run across a pic from a family function or something when I was close to my highest weight, but I hope not.

I have my consultation tomarrow and I got a new camera so that I can take pictures and I think I will record my journey through scrapbooking and journaling. I hate seeing myself at this size too, but I think if I record my journey I can look back and see how much work I put into it and it will help me when maitenence time comes!

I record mine on you tube too. It is a great way to hear andsee what others are doing and when I am having a frustrating moment (like now) it keeps me motivated. Good luck on your journey!!

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
