viking_girl 0 Posted October 10, 2009 Really, how do you do this? I am sitting here with my 1/2 cup of cream of wheat this morning and I am literally dipping the spoon and licking it off. I have been sitting here for about 10 minutes and it is almost gone (and getting cold- I hate cold food!) so I finally just set it aside. Any ideas??

I've never figured out how you can make a meal last for 30 minutes and still have it hot. So I wouldn't worry about it. Just eat your cream of wheat while it's hot and enjoyable, but be aware that you aren't just scarfing it down. Savor every spoonful and if it's gone in 10 minutes, it's gone. . Humming Bird 275 Posted October 10, 2009 I agree with ElfiePoo. Many times when I eat it does not take me the full 30 mins. The more solid the food, the slower I go. Cream of wheat or oatmeal go a bit faster, but I still get the full feeling and go on about my day.
