Hi Everyone, Just wanted to step in and say that I am offically on the "band wagon". I had my surgery on yesterday and all went well. I am feeling great and back at home today. I have started on my different Protein and none have been great so far but I have sipped them down. All in all, everything went good and I am feeling great.
