Mayonaise-free Chicken salad??

I hear lots of people talking about eatting tuna and chicken salad for the mushie or sort phase, but I'm not a fan of mayonaise. Any ideas on how to make a mayonaise free chicken salad? I was thinking that Greek Yogert may work as a substitute, or maybe fat free tarter sauce?

You could use sour cream, cottage cheese (or a mixture of the two), Nayonaise (soy mayo from Nasoya brand), hummus, dijon mustard, tzatiki, even pureed avocado if you're into that.

I have made it with different vinaigrettes before and its turned out pretty good. You could try that.

Try mixing it with Tostito's brand of Creamy Spinach Dip (usually can be found back in the chips isle in the grocery store). It is 50 cal for 2 TBSP and only 2 gm carbs. Works great with both tuna and chicken. I get the small cans of meat that hold about 1/4 cup and mix with the dip. Also put in a few pieces of low fat cheese. Mix it all up and am good to go with a nice high Protein low cal meal.

Try yogart in place of mayo and add Splenda or Stevia with cinamin and if you can handle some crannies... OMG..yummy
