freeware tracking software?

Anyone know of any freeware, or other tracking software to keep track of maybe weight and measurements? I used to have one years ago that worked in excel. I tried to make one...but mine is rather basic since I have limited excel experience.

Try some of the free templates from Microsoft for Office

Thank you! That was exactly what I was looking for! I had this very same thing a couple a years ago. Its great because it allows you to "chart" your progress...very motivating.

www.sparkpeople.com allows you to enter your weight and measurements and keeps track of it. You can also do you foods there too. Fitday.com does the same, I believe.
