momamia 1 Posted September 28, 2009 I also just got banded on Sept 24th and I also had lots of gas. Walking does help get rid of it, but try using a heating pad on your stomach and it also helps. gbakerc 2 Posted September 28, 2009 If I am not mistaken they put Carbon Dioxide in you. For some reason I did not bloat or have much gas pain. I have not had gas pain since the 1st day.
