Parvathi 2 Posted October 7, 2005 Okay, so for the past three weeks I wasn't able to make it to the gym, due to school holidays. This week, I jumped back on the wagon. On Monday I got another fill and started back to the gym. I've been every morning. I've been eating better, not snacking after dinner, etc. So I jump on the scale this morning .. and wouldn't ya know, I've gained a kilo (2.2 lbs). La_madam 20 Posted October 7, 2005 You are doing everything right...dont get down..for me when I exercise I gain weight at first too, my body seems to reatin Water the first few days.
