It's been almost 2 years! Can't believe it. Any of us still out there?

Yes Kinzie, still here. I'm not active on the blog but I check out the updates I am subscribed to. Two years out I am still down 60 lbs, even after a twins pregnancy! I am so happy with my band. I couldn't imagine my life today without it.

I am still around, hardly ever check in here though, as like most of us, life has moved on and the band, although still very much part of my life, is not such a major part.

I have lost about three stone and now have a BMI of 28.5. I am slowing down on the weight loss but still continuing to alter in shape.

Once I started to look nice again I bought loads of fancy knickers, don't know why, but it was fun to embrace that side of me again. Then it started to be fun buying clothes - I had hated it for ages. Massive increase in self esteem these days. Just good to feel fitter, look good, be healthier in general.

The money I spent on the band was the best value for the money because it really has transformed my life.

I'm still here. I'm down 166.8 pounds and at goal! I met my goal of 150 on 7/14/11.....I'm on youtube ALOT! They have a FANTASTIC support group and you should all come check it out! Just search for "lapband" or "WLS" or whatever and it should bring up a bunch of different people. You can watch videos of everyone's journey and it will motivate you to keep pushing forward! I promise! Congrats to everyone thus far! I can't believe it's been 2 years already!
