I know I can't have celary and citrus I don't know if I can have.maybe I can I think I have to take the membranes off. So what fruits and veggies are okay to eat? I really love pineapple, oranges, apples, pears, grapes, and strawberries. Oh I also don't think I can have bananas I don't know. I think I read once you were wanting it removed. I hope it all works out for you. I know since you are younger it might make life a little harder for you. I hope you decide to keep it. Shay7997 0 Posted September 25, 2009 Bananas and melons have the highest sugar content. My doctor said to eat them sparingly. As far as other fruits, I can eat them, but I have to take the skins off (apples, plums, etc) and be wary of stringy fruits like pineapple and oranges.
