I am 6 weeks out and going for 1st fill next week. I am an empty nester who is finding it difficult to cook healthy for one person. Looking for anyone with some ideas and help to keep me on track.:biggrin:

Hi there- I am 5 years out and it's just me and my husband- I had surgery at 56 so you count now :-}...I had to prepare my breakfasts and lunches separately to take to work with me so I have alot of ideas- Send me a PM wand we can correspond via email- it's quicker- there are so many EASY things you can do and I'd love to help.
